Read This To Reach Your Fitness Goals

Have you noticed that most people don’t take action until they are faced with a deadline?

And then when that deadline is looming – they get busy?

Nothing can get people to take action like a deadline.

I know the above sentence rings a bell for me and if you are honest with yourself you may find that you fit it into that category too.

Well – today I want to remind you that this year is flying by.

You may think “Wow time is flying by – what have I accomplished?”

Listen closely…..you can still accomplish big things and reach some awesome goals — if you simply create some deadlines for yourself.

You can still lose 20 pounds, or get serious about working out and exercising, and you can still make a huge difference in your life and in your health before the end of the year.

Some of my fitness and weight loss goals to reach before the end of this year:

1)    Lose the 11 pounds that have been standing between me and the swimsuit I want to proudly wear (!) on my next birthday
2)    Master Interval Weight Training to gain more muscular definition so I not only look better and feel more confident but also improve my posture and fight off osteoporosis

Are you setting goals? Crossing them off your list as you achieve them?

Setting goals is not a bunch of hogwash or hocus-pocus.

Studies confirm that people who put their goals in writing are successful at reaching their goals more often than people who don't write down their goals. It's that simple.

Write out your fitness and weight loss goals, review them frequently (at least once each week), and focus on them consistently - that way you'll constantly be heading in the right direction.

Create an "End of the Year Deadline" to generate a motivating fire under your butt to get it done.

A deadline, like having less than 100 days left in the year can be a fantastic motivator.

It is definitely that way for me.

You can make huge headway in your fitness and weight loss goals – you can “do the next right thing” with your body and your health.

It is not too late to set yourself up for a fabulous year end and a fantastic beginning to the new year!

So review your goals right now and write out a simple 90 day plan to achieve those goals.

I promise you — You can still make tremendous steps forward!

One of my goals was to learn interval training and I have to tell you…..

I love it so far!

My workout time has been cut in half but the results I am seeing are so much better than my old faithful cardio workouts.

I will never go back to my old boring cardio after doing turbulence training.

it may be just what you are looking for to turbo-charge your fitness results
